-After doing this for 5 years, I am looking for some help to begin the transition to a new director(s). I would like to concentrate on raising funds to improve the facilities. I have thought about the different areas that could use an individual to lead. One person committed to a certain aspect of the league could do a much better job than me trying to oversee the whole thing. If you would like to help out, consider taking on one of the positions below:

Field Maintenance Manager

Diamond Maintenance
Schedule fields
Practice schedule
Work w/Alex preparing diamonds
Call rain-outs

Concession Stand Manager

Open/Close Concession Stand
Find workers
Organize work schedule
Help with stock
Track finances

Equipment Manager

Pass out and collect equipment
Purchase equipment
Purchase Gameballs
Create/maintain equipment inventory list

Uniform Manager

Find Sponsors
Order shirts and hats
Place sponsors with teams
Organize picture day
