2010 REGISTRATION
PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Click on 'Handouts' on the left margin of this page, or the bottom of this page, for Registration Forms, Manager Application, Winter Clinic Form, Umpire Application and Sponsorship Application.
Please follow these steps when registering:
1) Read through the Registration Information document before completing the Registration Form.
2) Fill-out the Registration Form, the Family Fee Payment Form and the Parent Pledge Form. Plus, if necessary, fill-out the optional Play-up/down Form.
3) Fill-out any additional forms (Winter Clinic Form, Volunteer Form, Manager Application, Umpire Application or Sponsorship Application).
4) Make checks payable to Elmhurst Baseball Leagues, Inc.
5) All registrations must be mailed (postmarked) by January 31, 2010. Any registration forms mailed after that date must include the late fee. Late registrations are limited to the number of open spots available.
PLEASE NOTE: NO REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A MINIMUM OF A COMPLETED & SIGNED REGISTRATION FORM, A FAMILY FEE PAYMENT FORM WITH CHECK PAYABLE TO ELMHURST BASEBALL LEAGUES, INC. AND A SIGNED PARENT PLEDGE FORM.

THE MISSION OF ELMHURST BASEBALL LEAGUE, INC., IS TO PROVIDE TO ALL OF THE YOUTH OF ELMHURST, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY OR GENDER, A POSITIVE BASEBALL EXPERIENCE: BY PROMOTING THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AND FAIR PLAY; BY TEACHING, ENCOURAGING, AND SUPPORTING, SOUND BASEBALL FUNDAMENTALS THROUGH GOOD COACHING; AND BY ENSURING THAT ALL YOUTH HAVE A SAFE, FUN, YET CHALLENGING OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY THE GAME OF BASEBALL.
