Pitch Count Forms
Here are several forms which you can use to keep track of the pitch count. The “Official Little League Form” is the Data Sheet. Pick whichever form/log best suits your needs.
Data sheet - Offical Little League Data Sheet
Option A – cross out each number as pitch is thrown
Option B – use hash marks to record each pitch thrown per inning
Option C – per inning pitch count log
Option D - cross out each number as pitch is thrown with number of days rest and date when player can pitch again
