Our team philosophy: You hustle and good things happen. You show respect and others respect you. You work hard and luck jumps out of your pocket. Study the game, respect the game, enjoy the game, and it's outcome.
Our coaching philosophy: We coach our players up. All of our coaches are instructors, we adjust our teaching methods to each individual players techniques. We fine tune every player's mechanics, but it is our goal to work them out in practice so our players, in game situations, just play baseball. This is why we work so hard and take advantage of every practice. Championships are won on the practice field. Games are won with offense and saved with defense. When a coach instructs something, it may be heard. All players pay attention a different way. Muscle memory and patience along with positive verbal reinforcement is necessary. This is a powerful tool in coaching or teaching any skill.
The 10 under Gunners with Manager Greg Logeteta and Coach Scott Congress are a very powerful team which brings home lots of hardware. They will display their hard work and talent in June 2009 at Cooperstown Dreams Park, New York. Good luck guys and represent us well. We know you will!
The 11 under Gunners have a new look with Manager Herbert Morales and coaching staff and are expected to make a big statement with thier talented kids.
The 12 under Gunners with Manager Mike Hallman and Coach Gabe Abelia began in August 2005. Although they are highly successful and decorated, they have a new look, new attitude, and are working harder than ever.
