Clearance Packets

Clearance packets can be picked up in the school office. Plan ahead and schedule your Doctor's appointment now for your physical. You MUST be cleared through the finance office to be able to tryout for a team in August. Your clearance card is the completed info card with a receipt from the finance office stapled to it.

Summer League

Check out the calendar to get all the workout/tournament times. We begin on June 3rd, which is a Monday. I have information on camps and other ways to keep playing volleyball during this time, if you are interested.

No Contact Period: July 22 - August 4

Once we resume on August 19th, varsity will have several two-a-day tryouts and practices.

TRYOUTS begin August 19th.

GET YOUR AAU CARD

Everyone MUST have AAU Insurance to participate in the summer work-outs. This provides coverage while the players are not officially students. It is liability insurance to cover the school. Register on-line and pay a fee of $16.

Here is what you do:

Go to http://aausports.org/JoinAAU.aspx

Click Athlete Membership.

Fill in the information: Youth Program, Membership expires August 31st 2013 extended coverage $16, Volleyball, Club Code = XTEAAY

Pay with a credit card  and Submit

Print out the last page (it has a memberhsip card on it), sign, and bring it to Coach Mary on the first day you come to work out. If you do not turn it in YOU WILL NOT be permitted to participate in the work outs until you complete it.
