Junior and Adult Programs Going Strong
The Junior and Adult tennis programs are gaining speed.
Since October 2001, the junior and adult programs have steadily grown. The junior programs range in ages of 4 to 16 and offer a chance to learn professional techniques used on the professional tennis tour. The Tremendous Tots (4 to 6 year olds) have a 45 minute class Tuesdays at 7 to 7:45pm and Wednesdays at 4:15 to 5pm.
The Beginning Strong (6 to 10 year olds) programs start the juniors with excellent techniques. This insures them a strong base to begin the sport they can play for a lifetime. Learning the highest level techniques at the beginning gives the juniors the opportunity to move on to competitive play without having to make major changes. Up & Comers (11 yrs & up) gives the older juniors the same opportunity as the Beginning Strong players in a class for older juniors. These classes are daily. Please call for days and times.
The Eric Kantor Tennis Academy (E.K.T.A.) is for the junior interested in serious tournament training. This class is growing and gaining strength every month. Some of the juniors have either competed or are close to competing in their first tournaments. The E.K.T.A. is evolving into a very competitive and very fun program.
