Welcome! To the web page of the Eric Kantor Tennis Academy (E.K.T.A.) at the Windmill Park Tennis Center.
This site holds information on every program available at Windmill Park Tennis Center. From the ever growing Junior tennis academy to Adult lessons and leagues.
Eric Kantor, the Director and Head Pro of Windmill Park Tennis, would like to invite everyone of all ages and levels to experience a fun and energetic tennis environment.
Eric, who formerly coached at the Rick Macci Tennis Academy and currently coaches at the Harold Solomon Tennis Institute, welcomes all a chance to learn professional techniques used on the ATP and WTA Tours. Eric has worked and is still working with world class players. In the past, Eric has worked with: Shenay Perry (WTA Ranked #44, Jan. 07'), Da Jung Hong (top 300 WTA, before 05'). Currently, at the Harold Solomon Tennis Institute, Eric works with players on their way to stardom. Players such as: Allie Will (Girls 16's Orange Bowl 06' Champion), Monica Puig (Runner-up at Eddie Herr and Orange Bowl 14 and Under divisions 07'),Bob Van Overbeek(Top 5, 14 and Under Nationally ranked, 07').
Since becoming Director/Head Pro (2002) at Windmill Park Tennis Center, Eric has created new exciting programs for kids of all ages. From Mikhail "Misha" Kouznetsov, a Russian player ranked #5 in Florida's Men's Open 02' and received a full tennis college scholarship, to new up and coming tournament players ages 6 and up, Eric can "take your game to the next Level!".
For the Adults, there are clinics and competitive league play available. Adults have an opportunity to challenge themselves in raising their own level of play for fun or just to beat that playing partner you've never defeated.
Bringing his love and knowledge of the game, Eric will give young children the opportunity to learn from the beginning, a professional style of play, in a fun and family oriented atmosphere. And for the adult, with the kid still in them, you to can learn new and challenging techniques the pro's use.
So come to the Eric Kantor Tennis Academy at Windmill Park Tennis Center and learn from the our staff. We're here to help you learn and love the incredible game of tennis.
