Adam Howarth will begin his ninth year as head coach of the Eastern Illinois University Men’s Soccer program this coming fall season.

In his tenure at EIU he has coached two All-Americans, two Academic All-American, seven All-Midwest players and has had 27 players represented on Missouri Valley All-Conference teams. The MVC is regarded as one of the top conferences in the nation.

Last season, Mick Galeski, team captain earned All-Missouri Valley, All Midwest Honors, for the second year in a row as EIU finsihed the season with a 12-6-3 record.

Originally from Slough, England, Howarth holds a U.S. Soccer Federation ‘A’ license, the top national license for coaches and an NSCAA Premier Diploma. Howarth is a member of both the U.S. Soccer Coaches Organization and National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
