Hello Everybody, 

I am sure you have all heard about this tragedy.

 As you are all aware there have been times when tempers get heated and words and actions are taken and said that are not acceptable.

We know that the Soccer Associations all over the world will have to crack down on the players that become out of control in a much more effective manner to stop this escalation.  Whether it be professional or other that is of no consequence.

We at UMSC in the Adult league has had a zero tolerance to bad behaviour from day one when we started organizing Adult Recreational soccer.

The mandate was set by the Board and has been carried out by the Discipline Committee and as such this is a reminder that any bad behaviour will be dealt with.

Please be advised  that this will be enforced even more strongly going forward.

Any abuses to other players,refs, convenors or spectators will be dealt with in a very firm manner.  Bad languauge is not acceptable either so that will be considered bad behaviour also. 

Let us all go out and enjoy the game of soccer and set a standard that should be the norm.

Looking foward to a great soccer season without the bad behaviour, that way it will be enjoyable for everyone in attendance.
