Family Fun Day is 5/18/2013

T-Ball Jamboree is 6/1/2013 

  The family fun day will soon be here. This is a fundraiser put together by the league with the help of coaches and a way for the kids to enjoy some fun while waiting to play their game or afterwards. It is set up in the back area of our fields throughout the day. We will have booths set up by teams for all of the kids and families to enjoy a little fairground activities such as cornhole and ring toss and whatever neat ideas that coaches and teams may bring to this. Who knows, maybe the kids can talk their coach into getting in the dunking booth that we plan on having there and they can pay him back for all the laps he may have had them run!!! Tickets to the activities will be sold at the concession stand throughout the day.

  Coaches, please recheck the concession schedule and have your volunteers ready to go a half hour before game time on the day of the game. This is a very important function for the league. Without your volunteers, we may have to shut it down for that day and not be able to offer refreshments and something to eat for everyone. It is not fair to all if this were to happen. We can no longer count on just a few volunteers everytime a team doesn't show up on their assigned day. They are doing this out of the kindness of their heart and the love of the game but it is causing them to miss out on their kids games and family fun.

   Our season has finally begun, the vast majority of things that had to be done to kick this off has been done. There may be a hickup every once and a while but will be addressed immediately. Coaches will be notified of any changes by email and posted on our website if needed. During the season, if there is any inclement weather, please utilize our rain out number 513-844-1788 and we will also try to post cancellizations at the top of our webpage. As always, if you need to get in touch with any board member, we are listed in the Board Information tab. 

   We are always looking for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to join and volunteer. Whatever talents or skills you may have, we can use them and sincerely appreciate the help. If there is any parent out there that may know of any possible person or business interested in becoming a sponsor or donor to the league, please let one of the board members know, or you can use the following form CLICK HERE. All funds taken in by the league go directly to the support of the league and all sponsorships and donations are tax deductible.
