EFC93RED, with just 4 team practices under its belt, competed the last weekend in April in the Starfire Spring Classic.  The team advanced out of bracket play in first place by winning it's first three games against 3 Rivers Velocity (2-0), Okanagan FC (2-0) and Les Bois Vittrup (4-2).  The team headed into the semifinals against last years state cup semi-finalist Dosveedanya, and despite a great effort, came up just short (0-1).  To quote our team manager: "It was a great weekend watching and supporting our gals and we should be proud!!  All parents and family are awesome and appreciated...!  Great effort by the TEAM! "  GO EASTSIDE !
