Registrations for grades 3 - 12:
Saturday, September 20 - E.F. Community Day 12:00 pm
In the event that Community Day is cancelled due to inclement weather, registration will be moved to the Community Center 2 -5 pm.
Saturday, September 27 - E.F. Community Center 2-5 pm
Please bring proof of residency and date of birth.
This program fills to capacity quickly. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Completed registrations must be submitted at one of the above registration dates and will NOT be accepted through the mail until the 2 registrations listed above have been held.
Coaching applications will be accepted at this time as well.
Registration forms may be downloaded from this site (click on FORMS in the column menu on the left), however, forms MUST print on ONE PAGE ONLY or will need to be filled out again at registration.
Intramural League [Grades 3 - 8]
Registration fee: $95.00/player. All players will receive a team t-shirt.
This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball in a recreational setting.
The season will run November 1, 2008 - February 28, 2009.
All teams will have a weekly practice in a local school.
The 3rd and 4th grade divisions games will run throughout the day on Saturdays at Gayhead Elementary School.
The 5th and 6th grade divisions and 7th and 8th grade girls division games will run throughout the day on Saturdays at Van Wyck Junior High School.
The 7th and 8th grade boys division games will be played on Sundays at Van Wyck Junior High School from 12:00 - 4:00 pm.
There will not be any Season Kick-Off/Draft Days this year. All players will be placed randomly onto teams within their division.
Boys High School Program [Grades 9 - 12]
Registration fee: $95.00/player. All players will receive a team t-shirt.
This program will consist of weekly organized games.
The season will run from November 2, 2008 - February 22, 2009.
Games will be played on Sunday evenings at John Jay High School.
Girls High School Program [Grades 9 - 12]
There has been low enrollment in this program in recent years. Time will be reserved on Sunday evenings at John Jay High School in the event that registration numbers allow us to offer a structured program.
Junior Program [Grades 1 and 2]
Unfortunately, due to the lack of available and appropriate gym space this program has been suspended for this season.
