Eel River Valley YSC: Welcome
- May 31 - final day to register for fall recreational soccer. Registrations received after this date will be subject to a late fee and team availability.
- June 14 - regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, 6:00 @ Fortuna Recreation Center. Agenda items due by June 7. (ervysl@yahoo.com)
- July 12 - regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, 6:00 @ Fortuna Recreation Center. Agenda items due by July 5. (ervysl@yahoo.com)
- August 1-14 - recreation coaches begin contacting teams. Practices start week of August 13
- August 9 - regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, 6:00 @ Fortuna Recreation Center. Agenda items due by August 2. (ervysl@yahoo.com)
- August 25 - Jamboree to kick off recreational season. Includes team pictures and games.
- September 8 - Recreational league games begin.

Note: This form requires a wet-ink signature: This form MUST be signed by the Parent/Legal Guardian OR a Player age 18 or over. Players who turn 18 during the seasonal year must have a new form filled out. Players who are 18 MUST sign their own form. Two copies of this form must be turned into your League/Club Registrar with the appropriate fees. Forms can be mailed along with payment to ERVYSL PO Box 231, Fortuna CA 95540.
The payment schedule is as follows:
1st child in a family: $65
2nd child in a family: $60
3rd child and subsequent children in a family: $55 each
