Echoes Storm: Welcome

The Echoes Storm is looking for the best player at a given position.  We believe that the most talented player is not always the best player. We are looking for players and parents that understand that hard work, discipline and dedication are keys to being a good player. All players will be held accountable for there actions. We believe winning the right way starts at home through at home practice and continues at team practice. The results of this work will show up in the way the team plays at the game. We expect each player to E.A.R.N there playing time and position. 

Effort: Give a 100% all the time.

Attitude: Have a positive attitude.

Respect: Show your respect through your actions

Never: Quit  

We want to stress to everyone that this team will be a very competitive team. We will strive to make this fun with the understanding of team expectation. We will always put the team goals before the player goals. If this is the type of team you feel you want to play on, please come to the tryouts.

 All players must make full commitment to the team. As the coaches of the team we are expected to be fully committed so we ask the same from our players.
