Frank hails from the Barton-Upon-Humber in England, where he played for 6 teams in the English Professional league over a 17 year period. He joined the Seattle Sounders in 1979 and played with them for 5 years under then-Assistant Coach Bobby Howe before finishing his career with the Tacoma Stars. He has since been an assistant coach with the Sounders. He has extensive experience coaching in youth soccer, including stints at Eastside FC, Crossfire FC, and Federal Way FC.
His philosophy: "Keep this game simple, understand the game, master the basics, and learn from defeat, work hard, play hard and the rewards will come. Be professional and pride in all you do on and off the field and I believe most of all you must have FUN."

Day Cup Tournament

We started strong by soundly defeating both Galaxy FC and Fusion Fire on Saturday. On Sunday, we were beaten 1-0 in a tight match against FC United, but still qualified for the semi-finals as the best second place team in our age-group. Unfortunately, we were defeated 1-0 by the Coastal WFC from Vancouver BC.
