Welcome to EBYA Soccer!

EBYA Outdoor Soccer is held in the Fall and Spring of each year and is open to all boys and girls ages 4 to 18. EBYA is an all-volunteer non-profit organization and EBYA accepts players from all areas. The EBYA recreational soccer program provides instructional soccer for children of all ages and abilities. Our programs emphasize good sportsmanship, participation, and fun, but at the same time, help develop confidence and self-esteem. Games for players 7 and above have current State certified referees.   

EBYA Indoor Soccer is held in the winter of each year.

All games are cancelled for Saturday November 14, 2009.   Makeup games will be next Saturday with a rain date of next Sunday.

Registration Closed For Fall 2009 Outdoor Soccer Season

9/18/2009 

Registration for the Fall 2009 soccer season is closed.  Registration for the Spring outdoor season will be available by January 1, 2010.  Registration for the Winter Indoor soccer season will be available soon.

EBYA offers a FAll and Spring outdoor recreational soccer program for both girls and boys.  EBYA Fall Soccer is open to boys and girls who are at least 4 years old by August 1, 2009 Fall and at least 4 years old by April 1 (Spring), and no more than 18 years old and still in high school.  EBYA accepts players from all geographic areas.  EBYA emphasizes participation of all team members along with teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play.  Regular games will be played Saturdays with one practice during the week.  Some coaches offer optional practices that are not mandatory.  No practice is mandatory and all players are expected to receive equal playing time.   Makeup games can be played on Sundays or during the week instead of practice. 

A sample of past divisions for EBYA FAll socer are listed below.  The age makeup of of the divsions can changed based on the age of the players who register.   We will not know the age grouping until the player draft day.

Shin guard are mandatory and are supplied by the player.  No earings can be worn during practice or games.  Earings can't be taped and must be completly removed.  EBYA supplies each player team shirt and soccer socks that they keep.  Please volunteer to coach espically at the Coed divisions.  The number of players at these levels are kept small so players receive more playing time.  These divisions are alos small sided, (3 v3 ), (4 v 4) and no keeper Coed 1 and Coed 2 .   There are a lot of teasms and we need your help by volunteering to coach.

 Coed 4 and 5 years old

Boys 10, 11 , and 12 years old           Girls 10, 11, and 12 years old

EBYA Activated Military Families

If you are an EBYA family, and your wife or husband has been activated by the military, EBYA understands the financial strain that this has on you.   EBYA understands that youth sports programs may not fit into your current budget. Please contact EBYA (email) at Contact Us   EBYA will waive all registration fees.

  • Will EBYA accept 4 year olds? EBYA will accept 4-year-old children. Parents are made aware that the 4-year-olds will be playing against 5-year-old children. EBYA understands that children mature at different speeds so we do not exclude 4-year-old players.

  • Format EBYA uses for the younger players is:

    Younger players will play a small sided game either 3 v 3 or 4 v 4.
