Cruisers Defeat Steilacoom

Eatonville won a game that it needed to this afternoon. Jessica Erickson scored the first goal of the match in the 4th minute on an assist from Jenna Samora. Steilacoom responded two minutes later to tie the game. The first half ended with the game tied and EHS outshooting the Sentinels 11-7.

The second half both teams battled back and forth until the 62nd minute when Erickson, aka Ocho, fired in a shot off a Samora deflection. Nine minutes later Samora picked up a loose ball outside of the area and put the game out of Steilacoom's reach.

Wednesday Eatonville travels to Foster to makeup last Thursday's match. Game time is 5PM.
