Rovers Fall Behind Early and Can't Recover
The Rovers fought an up hill battle all day, falling behind 5-0 in the first. Morgan Neel got one back in the bottom of the first with a solo homerun. The Rovers added two in the third to close to within 7-3. Bethlehem Catholic scored 11 in the last two innings to put the game away. Audra Heilman (10), Marissa Ruggiero (12), Morgan Neel (11) and Marissa Csovelak (12) all had two hits and Sara Rasley was 3 for 5. Audra Heilman started a doubleplay from centerfield to end Bethlehem Catholics fifth inning. Heilman caught a sinking linedrive in leftcenterfield and fired a strike to Marissa Ruggiero at firstbase to complete the doubleplay.
