Hartzell Sisters First to Named All Conference in Same Year
In 2005 Kim and Alison Hartzell were the first sisters to be named LVIAC All Conference in the same year. Kim as a senior thirdbaseman and freshman Alison as an outfielder. Kim hit 324 with 6 RBI. Alison hit 423 with 12 runs scored. Alison also added six wins on the mound during the LVIAC schedule. Kim played at Susquehanna University and Alison is now at Rhode Island.
Good, Two Two Good
Alicia Good, outfielder 1995-98. Alicia batted .40385 for her career. She holds the career hits record with 105 hits. She had 10 doubles, 5 triples and 1 homerun at Easton. Alicia was named to the 1997 & 1998 Morning Call & Express Times All Area Teams. She was a three time First Team All-Conference outfielder in 1996-97-98. Alicia was named the Express Times Player of the Year in 1998. She was a captain & outfielder at Drexel University and graduated with an engineering degree.
The Natural
Shennon & Maureen top the list of Winning Pitchers
Shennon & Maureen McIntyre combined for 107 wins from 1993 through 1999. From 1995 until the 2000 season the McIntyre girls were the only EAHS pitchers to post wins. Shennon leads the list with 67 wins and Maureen was second with 40 until 2007 season when Alison Hartzell passed her (51). Shennon completed her career as a pitcher at Southern Connecticut. She was named to the MVC & EPC All-Conference Teams as well as The Express Times & Morning Call All-Area Teams. Shennon holds single season win records in The Mountain Valley Conf. (15 in 1999) and the East Penn Conf. (14 in 1996) and shares the EAHS record with Alison Hartzell with 18. Shennon is a volunteer coach at EAHS helping with the pitchers. Maureen graduated from Quinnipiac University, where she pitched for four seasons. Maureen is now a Physical Therapist in Bucks County. Maureen holds Career ERA record at Easton and is second at Quinnipiac for career strike outs. Maureen was named Express Times Player of the Year in 1995. She too was a member of the Express Times & Morning Call All-Area Teams.
