Eastlake Lacrosse: Refund Policy

Youth Players (Grades 3 - 8)
If a youth player withdraws:
on or before February15th, registration fees will be refunded less an administration charge of $25;
from February 16th to March 1st, 50% of registration fees will be refunded;
on or after March 3rd, there will be no refund of fees.
Exceptions may be made where a player withdraws for medical reasons and will be decided by the board on a case by case basis.
High School Players (Grades 9-12)
If a player high school player withdraws:
on or before February 1st, registration fees will be refunded less an administration charge of $25;
from February 1st to February 24th, 50% of registration fees will be refunded;
on or after February 25th, there will be no refund of fees.
Exceptions may be made where a player withdraws for medical reasons and will be decided by the board on a case by case basis.
