Late Registration

What impacts are experienced by registering late for baseball or softball programs?

Participants registering after the initial registration period will be subject to a late registration fee per registration, and the participant(s) will be placed in a waitlisted status. Participants on this waitlist are not guaranteed to be placed on a team, although every effort will be made based on the total number of teams formed.

Cancellations

What is the process to cancel your enrollment with Eastlake Little League?

Any registered participant may cancel his or her enrollment in an Eastlake Little League program or activity at any time. In the case of paid programs, such as baseball or softball, participants may cancel their enrollment in writing up until the day prior to skills evaluations and receive a full refund, less a $30 administration fee.

All requests must be made in writing to the appropriate Player Agent.

No refunds are offered for cancellations made the day of skills evaluations and beyond. No late or special fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of cancellation.

Refunds

How are refunds addressed if you cancel your enrollment with Eastlake Little League?

In the case of paid programs, such as baseball or softball, a full refund less a $30 administration fee will be offered to all participants that cancel their enrollment in writing up until the day prior to skills evaluations.

All requests must be made in writing to the appropriate Player Agent.

Eastlake Little League will issue a check for the appropriate amount, which will be mailed to the primary address on the account of the participant. No refunds are offered for cancellations made the day of skills evaluations and beyond. No late or special fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of cancellation.

Food Allergies

What food items are most suitable for participants with food allergies?

Although an individual could be allergic to any food, such as fruits, vegetables, and meats, there are eight foods that account for 90% of all food-allergic reactions. These are: milk, egg, peanut, tree nut (walnut, cashew, etc.), fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. Food allergies are not to be taken lightly, and reactions can be sudden, severe, and potentially fatal. Please reach out to the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the participant for suggestions as they will be the best source of information for eliminating any mishaps.

Birthday

Why does the system always require a birthday?

The system uses a participant's birthday to verify if he/she is eligible for a particular program and to determine if he/she is a minor. If the system determines the participant will be a minor during the run dates of an Eastlake Little League program, it will automatically require additional guardian information during the registration process.

Outfield Fence Sign

The purchase of an outfield sign sponsorship gives the sponsor two 3-foot by 5-foot signs: one in each outfield of Fields 1 and 2 at East Sammamish Park for all games played at the park during the regular season.

The signs are one-color or two-color weatherproof vinyl lettering on heavy coated fabric. As the sponsor, you may provide custom artwork including logos, or may provide plain text with a rough layout. Eastlake Little League will have the signs produced and placed on the portable outfield fences as part of the cost of the sponsorship.

Initial Sponsorship or New Sign: $650
Renewal Sponsorship: $500
