5:00 p.m.          Doors Open, silent auction begins

6:30 p.m.          Silent Auction ends

6:45 p.m.          Raffle Drawing

7:00 p.m.          Live Auction begins

7:20 p.m.          Dessert Auction (benefiting the East Jefferson Little League Scholarship fund)

7:40 p.m.          Raffle Drawing, Live Auction resumes

Around 8:00 the Live Auction should end and we will finish up the night with a Gift Certificate Frenzy

  • This year there will be a slide show of 2009 baseball/softball pictures during the silent auction! 
  • There will be a Henna Body Tattoo artist booth!  
  • The Inn at Port Hadlock has two art galleries, a separate bar/lounge and spectacular water view for you to walk around and enjoy.
