Instructions for on-line registration will be available on this website via a link to our national organization Babe Ruth Baseball.  Fees for the registration are listed in the table that follows.  In addition to those fees, the Babe Ruth organization requires certain additional service fees for use of the on-line process.

Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, etc.) and residency will be required for all first time registrants, or those returning whom did not play in the 2009 Spring season.  Registration for 2009 Fall Ball does not qualify, and those players must provide the proof registering for 2010.  On-line registrations by new players will be required to provide a signed electronic statement to EFBA listing the date of birth and address of each new player that will be held with our records.  In addition, EFBA reserves the right to request the documentation at any time. This proof statement will be available on-line at our website with specific instructions of how to complete and to send to EFBA.  NOTE: ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT THIS SIGNED PROOF STATEMENT WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE END OF THE REGISTRATIONS.  IF IT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE DAY ON JANUARY 29, 2010, YOUR REGISTRATION FEE MINUS BOTH THE BABE RUTH SERVICE FEES AND A $25.00 EFBA REGISTRATION PROCESSING FEE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AND YOUR PLAYER WILL NOT BE REGISTERED. 

The registrant must be at least 6 years old and not older than 18 years by April 30, 2010 in order to play on an EFBA sponsored team.  Please do not ask us to make any exceptions!  Every other third child registering in the same family is free (youngest age group).   However, the registration for the third child must be paid up front and any refund for the “third-child free” policy, except for the Babe Ruth organization service fees, will be made once we complete registration and review the list for these players.  Third child free must be the same address as the first two players registered to qualify.

Residency Requirements Note:

The Town of East Fishkill has a residency requirement for all players in EFBA.  Registrations will be accepted for nonresidents during the registration period, with the players placed on a waiting list and only added to a team if a spot is available after the registration period ends.  Following the end of the registration period, the registration list will be review for non-residents (as compared to the street addresses provided by the Town).  The non-residents will be notified by e-mail and non-resident fee of $25.00 per player must be paid prior to the player playing in EFBA.  This fee is in addition to any registration fee, service fee or late fee payments, and is made out to the Town of East Fishkill.  Directions as to who to mail these payments to will be provided.
