Eastfield United S.C. Dragons was originally put together for the girls on the Eastfield Travel League to play at the next level. Over the past seven years we have evolved into a team of players from all over the area. We place an emphasis on possesion style soccer, sound fundamentals, commitment, and a never say die attitude. Updated Indoor Schedule Available

The Dragons finished the first part of the indoor session in 5th place and are in the Blue Division for the remainder of the season. We will have a bye on 1/28 and our next game with be at 2:00 p.m. on 2/11.


Friday, November 17
Winter Indoor Session Starts Thanksgiving Weekend

The Winter 2006-2007 Indoor Session at DuBurns Arena begins on Sunday, November 26th. The games will be Sunday afternoons at 2:00, 3:00, or 4:00 p.m. The schedule has now been posted on the website.

Dragons BBSL U-15 Co-champions

The 3-1 victory over the CSC Riptide on Nov 12th at the North Point Government Center cemented the Dragons into a share of the BBSL U-15 title. The Dragons will share this year's fall season title with the Perry Hall Pumas. Both teams finished with identical 6-1-1 records and split the season series with both teams winning as visitors.

Monday, September 25
Dragons Shutout Explosion

The EUSC Dragons shutout the Arundel Explosion 8-0 at the North Point Government Center on 9/24. Laci Rice lead the scoring with a hat trick. Katie and Kelsey Eagan, Carly Ordak, and Sarah Strait (2). The shutdown was credited to Brittany Clark, who patroled the net in the first half recording 4 saves. The second half nets where minded by Kelsey Eagan and Lauren Miller (2 saves). Up next for the Dragons is the GHSC Columbus Day Tournament as they have a league bye on 10/1.


Sunday, September 17
Dragons Split Weekend

The weekend started out rough for the Dragons with a disappointing performance that resulted in a 4-0 loss to Perry Hall, but they rebounded to defeat the CSC Riptide 3-1 on Sunday. The Riptide's only goal was the result of a PK. The Dragons midfield and defense returned to their normal form controlling most of the game. Katie Eagan, Christine Peck and Lauren Miller racked up goals and Sarah Strait contributed an assist. In Saturday's game, Brittany Clark recorded 15 saves and on Sunday, Kelsey Eagan recorded 5 saves and Clark recorded 2 while splitting time in goal.

Wednesday, September 13
Columbus Day Tournament

The Dragons will again participate in the Greater Harford Columbus Day Tournament during the weekend of October 7th and 9th. Schedules are not out yet, but the registered teams are: Redland Renegades; Hempfield Storm; PSC Waverunners; GSPA Rage; SAC/HC Zampillare; Arundel Explosion; Hockessin Panthers; Crofton Wolves;
Eastfield United Dragons; and the Cecil Warriors. Stay tuned for more info or follow the link above.

Dragons Blank HotShots in Openner

The Dragons blanked the Arundel HotShots 6-0 to start the BBSL season with a bang. Five different Dragons recorded goals. Sarah Strait found the net twice while Caitlyn Cudnik, Megan Cudnik, Victoria Gniazdowski, and Rebecca Zafia each connected. Emily Rogers recorded three assists, Lauren Miller also recorded an assist. Kelsey Eagen (3 saves) was credited with the shutout going the first half while a combination of Emily Rogers, Lauren Miller, and Sarah Strait minded the net in the second half.

Dragons Take Second in Sunday DuBurns League

2nd place
The Dragons wrapped up second place in the Sunday DuBurns league with a 6-1-1 record. Their only lost was in the first game of the session to the DSC Blitz.

MSA Valentines Champions

The EUSC Dragons captured their fourth consectutive Maryland Sports Arena Valentines Tournment Championship on February 18, 2006 defeating the Harford Kicks. In the rounds leading up to the Champiohship game, the Dragons swept through the tournament defeating the Catonsville Cobras, Forest Hill, and the Kicks. Congratulations again girls!!!


Dragons Capture U-14 Monday Indoor Title

The Dragons wrapped up their Monday night season at the DuBurns Arena with an 8-3 victory over the Essex Kixx and finished with a 7-0-1 record. During the campaign, the Dragons outscored their opponents 57-13 (2 shutouts) with the only blemish being a 4-4 tie with the Catonsville Cobras. Great season girls. P.S. - Steph, you can get out of the box now!

Dragons Capture Girls U-14B Red Division Title

Despite dropping the final game of the season 3-0 to the Hereford Cyclones, the Dragons captured the U-14B Red Division Title with a 6-1-1 record. The Dragons will begin indoor play on November 28th and will be participating in both the Sunday and Monday U-14 leagues at the DuBurns Arena. Congratulations on a great fall season and here's to continue success indoor.
