Welcome to the Home of the We go and work hard, We play this game with emotion and love. Our goal is to play at the highest level and our sights are set on qualifying for ASA Nationals. We fill our team with girls/parents who are 100% dedicated to achieving these goals. The Hot Shots organization has a very strong family atmosphere with an emphasis on learning the game of softball and life lessons on and off of the field. At the Hot shots softball academy our philosophy is simple: Focus on the fundamentals of the game and provide a foundation of sound mechanics. We also expect our players to demonstrate good sportsmanship, have a good attitude, and maintain a disciplined approach to the game of softball. Success in softball, as well as in most aspects of life, depends largely on our approach to the task at hand. Our ballplayers are taught the value of mental preparation and focus. Overcoming adversity and keeping cool under pressure are also emphasized.
