The Rochester Grays and the East Coast Grays offer a comprehensive program of training, competition, and showcasing for the serious player who demonstrates talent, a strong work ethic, team orientated play, and a strong ambition to improve their skills and to compete at the highest level.

The Grays program foundation starts with the Rochester Grays developmental program which is for the Rochester area's best and brightest 15U & 16U baseball prospects. The program is led by Coach Lou Izzo who works with the players in the off-season, summer leagues and tournaments. Lou has additional coaching staff and is affiliated with Valle Baseball using John Valle's facility located in the Rochester Sports Dome on the corner of Ridge Road West and Manitou Road in Rocheser.

The East Coast Grays is an elite travel baseball team composed of players from Western New York and top-level prospects from all over East Coast. the program is led by Boston Red Sox scout Chris Snusz. This team participates in some of the most prestigous tournaments in the country including East Cobb and Jupiter. Players selected to play for the East Coast Grays are typically top D1 or D2 prospects ready to compete at the highest level. The program has a 17U and 18U teams.
