Winter Clinic - Starts Sunday Jan 22nd
Our winter clinics will start on Jan 22nd (Sunday) at the Eastchester High School gym. The clinic will run for 8 weeks and the cost is $100 per child. (Tee-Ball attendees are free). The registration on the site is just for the Spring Season at the moment. Clinic fees will be collected at the first clinic session. This is a great way to get our little leaguers ready for the spring season. The clinic is open to returning and new league participants. So come on down and bring a friend. 9 -10:30 11/12 Boys ; 10:30-noon 9/10 Boys; 12pm -1:30 7/8 Boys; 1:30-3pm All Girls; 3pm-4pm Tee Ball

Winter Clinics Coming
Great to see the success of our 2011 season, with our Boys and Girls District Champions pictured above. But 2012 is just around the corner and we will be looking to defend those titles and add some more. That starts with our Winter Clinics. Clinics for baseball and softball will be held from January through March. More information to be provided soon. Happy Holidays from the Eastchester Little League and we will see you in the New Year.....

10u Girls Team Wins District 20 Championship
The 10u Girls Tournament team won the District 20 Championship on Thursday July 7th with a thrilling 5-4 victory over Harrison. The girls went undefeated through the winners bracket winning games against Kensico, Ardsley, Sherman Park and finally Harrison. The team which includes Nicole Calabro, Tori Santomauro, Brid O'Connell, Ava Reda, Skylar Reilly, Madison Piro, Carson Delasho, Ashley Graham, Olivia Yorizzo, Sophia Boscia, Ashley Anello and Giuliana Fogliano have played great defense and have consistently hit the ball during their 4 game streak. They now move on to the Sectional bracket which begins July 12th in Wallkill NY. We wish the girls luck in the next round.

Season Begins - Let the fun begin ..
The Spring Season begins and unfortunately so does the rain.. A few games have been played in between the rain drops and the vacation break.. But the weather is starting to warm a little and hopefully the April showers go away to allow the all the games to be played and made up. Nice to get back on the fields (which look great).. Garth Rd dugouts look great as well as the new fencing- There is further work on the fan seating area which should be completed within the next week to enable our fans to comfortably take in the excitement.. So get out to Cooper, Leewood, Chester Heights and Garth to catch some great baseball and softball...... Opening day festivities are slated for this Sunday May 1st. Get those raffle tickets back - You gotta be in it to win it....

Game Schedules Added
The schedules for the spring season have been updated into the website for each Division and Team. You can view these in several different ways- on the site Calendar- which can be filtered for the different divisions ; through the Schedules tab (by division) or by each Team in the Teams tab.
We will update the scores and standings as the seasons progresses. Let's Play Ball...

Composite Bats
Due to questions concerning new Little League Rules on the use of Composite Bats - The Eastchester Little League has decided that No Composite Bats will be allowed during any Boys games this year. If you have any questions, please discuss this with your team Manager and or our Safety Director Mario Dell'Aera.

Spring Season 2011
The team drafts are complete and coaches are contacting their teams. Practices should start during the week of April 2nd. Garth Road is getting a make-over and should look great for the beginning of the 2011 Spring Season.
Please look around our enhanced web-site. We hope to keep the Calendar updated during the season with important dates. Scores and standings should be updated as the season progresses, so please visit the site often. We hope to periodically post pictures of our exciting little league action as well.

Team drafts are scheduled for this week. Last session of the winter clinic is Sunday the 27th. Although there is snow back on the fields - the Spring season is still right around the corner.. Are you ready for some Baseball/Softball.....

The snow has finally melted. Temperatures are starting to rise.. That can only mean that the Spring Baseball/Softball season is right around the corner.
Registration is still open and there is still time to sign up your sons and daughters for another great season of baseball, softball and tee ball.
We look forward to getting our teams organized and to hit the fields.
