Registration is under way and will continue until the date of evaluations.
  • 8U Evaluations - February 19, 2012, 2-4p at PES **Note Date Change**
  • 10U Evaluations - February 26, 2012, 2-4p at PES
  • 12U Evaluations - February 26, 2012, 4-6p at PES
  • 15U Evaluations - March 31, 2012, 10a at Horton
All registrations are to be done on-line.  Follow the link above.  Discount fee by $10 for siblings signing up.  PES is the back field at Pittsboro Elementary School.

Players are not guarunteed a spot on any roster if signed up after evaluation dates listed above.  Those who register late will be placed on teams as positions become available.  A $20 late fee will be added to all late registrations.

Payment can be made on line via credit card or you can mail in a check at PO Box 1504, Pittsboro, NC 27312.  Payment must be received before a player can be assigned to a team.

6U division players will be grouped by schools. All other division players will be evaluated on the dates and at the locations listed above. 

Once the teams have been created, coaches will select their practice days, times, and field locations.  Coaches will begin contacting their players as soon as they have finalized their teams.  

***COACHES***

All coaches (Head and Assistant) that are interested in coaching for Spring 2012 need to complete a coaching application (App on Docs and Forms Page) and submit it to an ECB Board Member or email it to eastchatham@ymail.com by February 15, 2012.

On March 03, 2012, there will be a mandatory Coaches Clinics for all head coaches.  Anyone who wishes to be an Assistant Coach is welcome to attend as well.  More information will be posted and emailed out closer to the clinic date.

  • ECB Board has one board member opening.  Please let ECB know if you are interested. 
  • East Chatham Baseball Fan T-shirts available at the concession stands.
  • Lost & Found - All items will be maintained for return up to the start of the following season.  Anything lost last season is currently located in the Pittsboro concession stand.
