Fall 2014 Registration Update:

  • Registration is now open for Tee Ball, Coach Pitch, Minors & Majors (Register by August 21).
  • Player Evaluation is on August 23 & 25 for CP, Minors & Majors.
  • Tee ball players must be age four (4) by September 1, 2014. (Register by August 25).
  • Registration for Juniors & Seniors is open. Register by September 15.

EAST BOYNTON BEACH LITTLE LEAGUE NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS September 11 at 6:30 p.m.

East Boynton Beach Little League will hold its ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS AND ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS for the 2014-15 SEASON on Thursday, September 11 at 6:30 P.M. at the East Boynton Beach Little League Park & Fields (300 W. Woolbright Rd). The league which has been in operation since 1957, serves boys and girls ages 4 and up. It takes an army of volunteers to ensure the league's success and we absolutely need your help. So, PLEASE CONSIDER GETTING INVOLVED BY ATTENDING THIS VERY IMPORTANT MEETING!

WHO CAN ATTEND: The meeting is OPEN to PARENTS, COACHES, VOLUNTEERS, AND ANYONE with a VESTED INTEREST in the operation of East Boynton Beach Little League (i.e. "2014 Regular Members"). Any volunteer, coach or parent is by constitutional definition a Member of East Boynton Beach Little League and entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting of Members.

NOMINATION PROCESS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTOR SEATS FOR 2014-15

We will have an OPEN ELECTION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTOR SEATS (one-year term). All "2014 Regular Members" in good standing are eligible to serve on the Board and are eligible to vote. Any individual interested in being nominated for the Board must complete the:

1) Board Nomination Application (click on link below)

2) Conflict of Interest Acknowledgement & Disclosure (sent via email)

3) Volunteer Application by September 2. (See emails distributed)

Nomination Deadline: Tuesday, September 2.

Hardcopies may be deposited in the League Mailbox (white box attached to building) in a sealed envelope to the attention of the League Secretary.

Absentee Ballots

 

Absentee ballots cannot be distributed until nominations have been compiled from application information.

A secure and registered process for distribution of absentee ballots is being developed. We anticipate that distribution may not begin until September 9th .

More information will be shared about this process in the coming days.
