Practice Times: Tue, Wed, & Thur : 6-7:30 AM Sun: 8-9:30 AM
Membership Fees: Cost: $600 per year
· You may pay in full or montly fee of $55.00 due on the first Wednesday of each month.
· Online registration will be the only option other than the drop in fee of $5.00 cash. All paperwork and other insurance information will be handled online. To register online click on the Re-Register & Manage Account Online link of the left hand side.
