Eagle Swim Team: Welcome

NBAC Meet Warmup Times located on the Maryland Swimming website click here.  The morning sessions are for 13 and Older swimmers.  The afternoon sessions are for 12 and Unders.

Senior Performance & NTG Practices on this Saturday, November 7th will be canceled due to the NBAC meet.  Swimmers not competiting this weekend may attend the Sunday Gold Group Practice from 4-6pm. 

EST Sunday Winter Stroke Clinic with Coach Matt Goode & Coach Sue Mangan is now open for registrations.   Please click on the Competitive Swim Clinic link to the left.

Thanksgiving Day Thursday, November 26th there will be no practices for the Mini & Bronze Groups.  NTG & Senior Performance will practice from 7-9:30am, and Gold will practice from 7:30-9:30am.

Swim-A-Thon will be scheduled during regular group practice times on November 16th & 17th.
