Off-season workouts begin on Tuesday 11/10 in the weight room from 4-5 PM for anyone in grades 9-12 who is interested in trying out in the spring.  These will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays through March.  There will be several times when the workouts will be held in the pool instead.  Please check the calendar linked to the left for these days. 

Off-season hitting begins on Saturday 11/14 at 7 AM in the field house.  Please check the calendar linked to the left for all of the days that this is being offered.

The off-season hitting league for Varsity players begins in January.  Check with Coach Mabb as January approaches for more information.

Congratulations to former IHS P/1B and SUNY Cortland P Matt Tone who was selected in the 14th round as the 432nd pick in the Major League Baseball draft by the Minnesota Twins!!!  Matt has signed with the Twins and is currently playing in the Advanced Rookie League for the Elizabethton (TN) Twins.  You can follow his progress by following the link to his Elizabethton team on the left.

Congratulations to Chris Culver, who was selected as a member of the Democrat and Chronicle's All-Greater Rochester Boys Baseball team for 2009.  The entire team can be seen by following the link found at the left. 

Congratulations to Max Dowd and Ryan Miller, who were selected to participate in the 2009 Exceptional Senior Game. 

Congratulations to juniors Chris Culver and Peter Wilson who were selected as unanimous choices as 1st Team All County players.
