ANNOUNCERS & TIME CLOCK PERSONNEL WANTED!
We are looking for a few reliable Beavercreek students, ages 16+ that are interested in working the time clock or announcing during our home games. These home games will occur on Saturdays and/or Sundays, from August 18 - October 20. The complete schedule will be announced in early August.
The Eager Beavers is excited to announce that we will again host a golf scramble event. Mark your calendars for August 13th and plan to attend this fun-filled event at Beavercreek Golf Club. More details and registration information will be provided soon.

COACHES AND TEAM PARENT APPLICATIONS NEEDED
Although we have selected head coaches, we are still looking for assistant coaches and team parents for football teams and cheerleading squads in the 2012 season. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and be in good standing with the EBFC Organization. All football coaches must also be NYSCA certified or achieve NYSCA certification before this season's first game.

WHAT DO I NEED SO MY CHILD IS READY?
Each child will need a signed Emergency Medical/Release of Liability Form AND a Parent Code of Ethics agreement, which are both available under the Forms section of this website.
Each child will need a certified copy of the Birth Certificate or official adoption paperwork. IF your child has participated in the 2011 season, we have this already on file.
Each Football player will need a full physical exam before the first day of practice, July 30th. This MUST be completed on the WOJFC Triplicate Form and signed/dated by a physician in the 2012 calendar year. The forms are available at the Beavercreek Library on Dayton-Xenia Rd, you may need to ask their staff for the form!
Each Cheerleader will need a physical exam before the first day of practice, August 6th. This should be completed on the 2012 Physical Form specific to cheerleaders on our website, under Forms.
~~ You will have an opportunity to turn these forms in via the following ways:~~
1. Mail to EBFC; PO BOX 340084; Beavercreek, OH 45434
2. Drop off in person at the equipment hand out on Saturday, July 28th
3. Drop off in person at the "New Parent" Meeting on Thursday, July 26th.

$25 Sports Physicals offered at GMH Urgent Care
As per EBFC policy, all 2012 participants MUST have a physical completed in the current calendar year. Unfortunately, depending on when your child's last physical occured, this may not be covered on your insurance policy!
If that is the case, don't worry! We have confirmed that both the Beavercreek and Xenia locations of Greene Memorial Urgent Cares are offering $25 sports physicals, just stop in any time during their normal business hours. No appointments are necessary.

Keep in mind that ALL FOOTBALL physicals MUST be completed and signed on the 2012 WOJFC triplicate form. This form has NOT YET BEEN distributed, but will be available at the Registration Rally on April 21, 2012.
