General Registration Information
Eagan Traveling Basketball holds registration one time per year, typically in May-June for the following Fall/Winter season. Registration is held as part of Eagan Athletic Association's registration period for Fall sports. For information on registration costs and other important information on the 2009-2010 season, click on 2009-2010 Information. This May/June registration period is very important, because the Board uses registration numbers to decide how many teams will be formed at each grade level, and then to enter those teams in tournaments for the 2009-2010 season. There are two ways to register, including on-line registration, so here are the details to register for the 2009-2010 season of Eagan Traveling Basketball. Registration is being held for players entering 5th-8th grade in September 2009. The registration fee for the 2009-2010 season is $255. Registrations can be made on-line (with a Credit Card payment) at the following link on the EAA website http://www.eaasports.org. On the on-line registration webpage under "Select a Sport", choose "Basketball, Travel" to sign-up for the 2009-2010 season. Your Credit Card will be charged $255. This initial registration period will run until July 31, 2009. After this date, late registrations can also be done by mail or online, with a payment of $305 (including a $50 late fee) until August 31, 2009. At the EAA website, follow the on-line instructions to pay by credit card, or if you prefer print two copies of the registration form, and mail both copies with payment to: EAA, c/o MinnWest Bank 1150 Yankee Doodle Road Eagan, MN 55121 Again this year - - deposit checks will NOT be collected during registration. The $100 deposit for the season will be collected at tryouts. If you are interested in coaching, please send an e-mail to coaching@eaganhoops.org with your name, phone number, e-mail address, and gender/grade you wish to be considered for. You may also list "Coach" in the volunteer field of the on-line registration form. Also note, tryouts for the 2009-2010 season will again be held at Eagan High School on the following dates: Girls September 12-13, 2009 Boys September 18-20, 2009 For other information on the program and the upcoming season, please browse through the website or send an e-mail to any of our Board members.
