Denbigh Youth Baseball League: Spring 2012 Divisions
Jr. Rookie is a coach pitch division for players aged 6 & 7.
Rookie
The Rookie division is a machine pitch division for players aged 7 & 8. 7 year olds need to have completed at least one season with DYBL in the Jr. Rookie division.
Girls 8U Softball
For girls aged 6, 7, & 8 This is a machine pitch division.
Girls 12U Softball
This division is for girls aged 9 - 12 and is played on a 60/40 field.
Tee Ball
Tee Ball is for players aged 4 & 5. 4 year olds need to have turned 4 by September 30 of the previous year.
Minor
Minors is a player pitch division for players aged 9 & 10. Play is on a 60/46 field.
Major
Majors is for players aged 11 & 12 and is played on a 50/70 field.
High School Prep
The High School Prep division is for players aged 13 - 15. Rules for this division are most closely to Official Baseball Rules. This division plays on a 60.6/90 field.
Girls 16U Softball
This division is for girls aged 13 - 16 and is played on a 60/40 field.
