Cost

The All Star fee is $75 per player.

Jacket (optional)

The All Star jacket is $70.  

What paperwork is required?

League officials will need to verify the following paperwork for player eligibility:

•3 proofs of residence dating before February 1, 2013

Original documents will be returned after league certification.
