Sunday, Feb. 10 @ 4pm-6pm (tryouts), Saturday, Feb. 16 @ 2pm-4pm (tryouts) Open Gym 4pm-5pm, Sunday, Feb. 17 @ 2pm-4pm (tryouts) Open Gym 4pm-5pm. A parent/guardian must be present to sign waiver in order for a child to participate. Cost to attend is FREE!!

COMING SOON - Tryout dates for girls of all ages will be posted next week. Check back so you will know when and where to report, date and location will differ according to ages.

BALLERZ TRY OUTS - Sunday, Jan. 27 @ 2pm-4pm @ Neal Middle School. Boys of all ages welcome. A parent/guardian must be present to sign waiver in order for a child to participate.

REGISTRATION INFO - The cost for 2008 season is as follows: Returning players - $250 and New players - $300. There's a $50 deduction for all siblings. This fee must be paid before the first tournament, or arrangements must be made with the President. A parents interest meeting will be scheduled in February.

BALLERZ TRY OUTS - Sunday, Nov. 11 @ 2pm-4pm, Saturday, Nov. 17 @ 11am-2pm, and Sunday, Nov. 18 @ 10am-12noon, all @ Neal Middle School. For any girls and boys who are not playing school ball. For more information contact Teresa at 451-5303. I would like for all coaches to be in attendance if possible.

The Durham Lady Ballerz is a new nonprofit, tax-exempt organization that was started to provide opportunities for young girls, ages 9-16, around the Durham/RTP area. We plan to help them develop their basketball skills, compete against some of the best female athletes in the country, while at the same time developing character and life skills.
Our parents and coaches are committed to motivating, building confidence, and mentoring these young ladies so they will make the right choices in their everyday life, at home, at school, and when they are out with their friends. Most of our board members and parents have been involved in other organizations for several years and are really excited about the new opportunities these girls now have.

An organization that caters to the whole girl, not just basketball and where the parents will have a voice.
We will offer mentoring, tutoring, community service, and we will instill and build confidence so that all the girls will be successful in whatever they do in life.
