PAL Volunteer Registration Form
Now you can download, fill out and send back to Dunn PAL your Volunteer Registration form to help at Dunn PAL. The pages are loaded as images in Microsoft Word and are 3 pages long. You can also pick up a copy at the PAL Office. If you have any questions call the PAL Office at 910-892-1873.

Adult Membership Applications
Dunn PAL has opened the use of the facilities up to the general public. You can purchase a monthly membership to use the PAL facilities. You must be at least 19 years old and not in school to apply. Youth in school under 19 years old and in public school can apply under regular PAL Membership that is free. The fee is $20.00 per month due on the 1st of each month. There is however a list of guidelines you must follow and they are available in the office. You can download the application form and fill it out, however you must appear in person with your Identification Card and pay the monthly fee. You must bring the application with you, we do not accept payments and applications in the mail. If you have any questions you can call the PAL Office at 910-892-1873.

PAL Center Rental Fee's
The Dunn PAL Center is available for rental to person(s) or organizations throughout the year at a fee. However, all rentals come secondary to all PAL Activities. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis only. You can download the rental chart with fees, but the Use of Facilities Form and payment must be completed in person at the PAL Office located at 610 East Johnson Street in Dunn. If you have any questions you can call the PAL Office at 910-892-1873.
