Eastern Little Leauge has a number of successful leagues available that will teach baseball skills in a fun and safe environment. Our leagues include: Seniors (14-16), Juniors (13-14), Majors (10-12), Minors (9-11), Intermediate (7-8) and T-Ball (5-7).
New this year we are developing a girls fastpitch softball league for girls ages 9-14 years old. For more information see entry below.
Parental involvement is key to the success of our league and if you’re willing to give of your time we will find a place for you to serve. Please check the various menus at the left for additional information as we begin to work towards a successful 2010 season!

Eastern Little League Awarded Twins Grant
"The
Duluth Eastern Little League Board of Directors is excited to announce
that the Minnesota Twins Community Board of Directors has awarded our
league a $5,000 matching grant to develop the fields at the Woodland
Community Center, beginning this Spring. Eastern Little League already
has the matching $5,000 and the Board is prepared to begin the project
soon.
Phase I of a three phase program has been completed. Phase I
concentrated on the upper portion of the complex with emphasis on
proper drainage, a renovated infield for our Junior/Senior teams field
and dugouts for this field as well. Additional attention will be given
to the smaller diamond on the upper complex for future use by our
T-Ball/Intermediate teams. The Lower field will eventually be the home
of our Girl's Fast Pitch program. The end result will be dugouts,
stands, electricity & water for all fields and a central concession
stand.
Please
keep checking the association website,
www.dulutheasternlittleleague.com, for updates as we move forward.
Also, we will be looking for volunteers to help in the Phase I. If
you have any expertise, or just available time, to help us with the
infield work, building of dugouts and laying of sod for the infield for
the Jr/Sr field, please contact either President Ken Aparicio or Vice
President Sean Brown. Both can be reached through their email
addresses or phone numbers on the website." (see Board of Directors in Menu at left)
