DSB Kickers United is an independent team for dedicated soccer players born after 8/1/96 and before 7/31/97. We are sponsored by Delaware Saengerbund. Our mission is to develop players to successfully compete at the highest levels, to showcase our talent for High School, College and professional coaches, and to enjoy the game we love. We are an all volunteer, not-for-profit organization, affiliated with Delaware Youth Soccer Assoc. and UsClubs Soccer. Our coaching staff includes:
Head Coach Bill Rimmer, former High School MVP, NJ All-State Select, Collegiate MVP, NJ Collegiate All-Star player with over 25 years of competitive coaching experience. He is former college coach with Drew University. Caoch Bill maintains the USSF National "C" License, the NSCAA Regional Diploma, and is on the DYSA ODP coaching staff.
Coach Tom Janeka, a former High School player and Collegiate player with over 15 years of Coaching experience. He holds the USSF National "D" License, and is the Head Varisty Coach for Stanton Middle School.
Trainer Mike McIver a graduate of the Brazilian Football Academy with over 15 years of coaching experience. He is the former Head Coach at Delaware Technical Community College, and now Assistant Coach with Goldey-Beacom College. He also coaches DYSA state ODP teams. Mike was also a professional trainer for various Jamaican and Tanzanian club sides.
