| Very nice site for youngsters and oldsters to see what youth baseball is all about. I played for the East Side Improvement Assoc. team 1953 1954 and 1955. We were the Downey League champs for all 3 years and I was on the all star team for the 54 and 55 seasons. I consider my little league years some of the best years of my life. It taught me not only to be a competitive and happy young boy but also to be able to bond with and to deal with all aspects of growing up and developing all the fantastic memories that I still have today.
