DSA Mission Statement
The Association is to provide recreational and competitive team formats that stress player development and
sportsmanship, a positive environment in which they learn the game of soccer.
We will conduct a recreation league that emphasizes a fun non-competitive introduction to the sport of soccer. We will strive to develop a passion for the game and give each player the opportunity to advance to the competitive travel level.
We will encourage travel/competitive players to do the best they can. We will focus on the skill development of
the players. We will organize our teams to maintain the highest number of skilled players. Our end goal is to
create a pool of players ready to compete at the highest level when they enter the high school program.
