Dover Little League will be holding tryouts for Big League Baseball

For boys, ages 16 to 18 years old on Friday May 11^th at 6:30 pm

And Saturday May 12^th at 10:00 am

Tryouts will be held at Dover High School.

Dover Little League will be holding tryouts for Big League Softball

For girls, ages 16 to 18 years old on Sunday May 13^th at 3:00 pm

And Sunday May 20^th at 3:00 pm. Tryouts will be held at Dover Little League.

For weather and game cancelations please call our hotline. When the games are cancelled ALL fields are Closed. Everyone must KEEP OFF all fields. Managers please contact your league VP to reschedule your game then call the parents. All rescheduled games should be made up ASAP.

!!!ATTENTION !!!Full Composite Baseball Bat Owners!!! 

At this time ALL Full Composite baseball bats are illegal to use in ALL divisions of Little League baseball with the exception of the models that have been approved. Click on links below. This only pertains to baseball. At this time they are legal for softball. So before you go out and spend $200 to $300 dollars on a composite bat you need to hold off for now. If you already own a composite bat, don't throw it away, because Little League Headquarters is still testing the remaining bats.  VOLUNTEERS MAKE IT HAPPEN AT DOVER LITTLE LEAGUE!!!

While Dover Little League, Incorporated is a nonprofit organization, we still have to pay for everything needed to run the League.  Last year our expenditures exceeded $145,000.  We have one of the best, if not the best Parks on the East Coast. Our revenues depend entirely on our registration fees, sponsors, fundraisers, donations, and our concession stand.  No officer, director, manager, coach, or umpire receives pay for his or her service.  It's the volunteers who keep our League operating smoothly.  SO PLEASE VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS TO MAKE 2011 THE BEST YEAR EVER AT DOVER LITTLE LEAGUE.
