The Donegal Baseball Association (DBSA) is a volunteer non-profit baseball and softball organization.
Our vision is to mentor, teach sportsmanship, and provide opportunities for the youth in the
Donegal School District and the surrounding area.
Our mission is to help each player grow as a complete person to better meet the obstacles that may be faced in today’s society. We value the competition that builds self-esteem through preparation, determination, focus, commitment and sportsmanship. We will provide players with the opportunity to play at a competitive level, in order to experience and develop life skills such as leadership, teamwork, and discipline.
Our organization is fully run by volunteers, including coaches. The dedication and commitment of these individuals is critical for us to continue to reach our goal of providing a quality program for our youth.
