Janet offers All-Star Cheerleading classes that combine all the skills of cheerleading with the flair of gymnastics.  Cheerleading offers the same benefits of gymnastics and dance plus a unique team element.  Classes instruct the atheletes in all aspects of cheerleading that include cheers, stunting, and jumps.   All our squads perform at area events throughout the year.
