Daily Nutrition and Activity Training System works with clients of all ages and abilities to gain a greater appreciation and understanding for daily physical activity and the benefits obtained through a healthy lifestyle.

DNA Training System is a multi-dimensional training system that offers clients a variety of training services to choose from. Clients can select one-on-one training or E-programming. One-on-one training is the traditional method of teacher/student instruction. E-programming allows clients to receive the same individualized programming but training sessions are completed independently.

Nutritional programming is done primarily through E-programming. Clients who opt for nutritional programming will receive a meal plan with calories, food choices, and number of meals per day. All meal plans are designed with the client’s goals in mind.

Vincent Lindsley is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist that takes great pride in his commitment to his clients and their goals. Since 2002, DNA Training System has helped hundreds of adults and adolescents achieve a healthier lifestyle.
