Del Mar Powerhouse: Coaching Staff

Powerhouse baseball attracts and retains high caliber, experienced coaches for managing and developing players at all levels within the Club. All coaches, herein referred to as managers, are compensated for their efforts including practices and tournaments. This provides added assurance that our players will receive quality, experienced instruction.

The primary focus for each team manager is to prepare players with physical development, skills and drills; game knowledge, tactical and situational play; and attitudinal development, mental preparation and managing emotions as related to play.

Managers are chosen as a result of an interview process where their qualifications, experience and references are duly considered.
