Late Games!
I know we are planning some late games for the boys. Let me explain a bit why. When the league is set up, all the coaches decide how many times per year we want to play each team. This year, we settled on 4 times per team. So that means, if we don't have double headers, we will have to travel to 6 away games this year vs. 3. (since there are 3 out of town teams).

Anyway, because of potential field availability out of town, we were going to have several (more than 3 nights) of late games. I opted to do the double header route, so that we only have three late nights on away games.

I will try to keep the "team" talk to a minumum when we have late games, so that you can get home and get the boys to bed, get remaining homework done, etc. Last night was a little different, in that I really needed to talk to the boys about some stuff.

Thanks to Larry Raglin!
Just wanted to post a "thank you" to Larry Raglin for getting out indoor pitching mound made! It is awesome - and just what we need to continue to work pitchers from an elevated position. It will really come in handy when we get relocated to the barn so we can work inside - rain or shine!
