Simple and easy to do, download and print-out the appropriate form, fill it out completely and include a copy of the individual's birth certificate and a check for the seasonal fee. Mail it to the DIXON SOCCER CLUB, P.O. Box 205, Sneads Ferry, NC  28454.

The $5 discount is for families signing-up "two or more family members". Pay the full fee for the first member than discount $5 for each following player/family member that you register. The $10 "per player LATE fee" begins the day after the posted last day of registration.

Congratulations to the DSC U11 boys challenge and the U12 girl’s rec for taking the silver medal at the state games of North Carolina. The U11 challenge boys are coached by Jeff Patane and Greg Brown. The U12 girls are coached by Anthony and Victoria Stember.
