MEETING SCHEDULE
The Meeting Schedule has been set from now through June, 2012...The meetings are all at Melrose Park Village Hall at 7pm (ex. March 10) on the following dates:
Joe and I would like to give you some information to help you be organized for the upcoming season...sort of a timeline of requirements....

Make the check payable to: Little League - Illinois District 10 3. Little League Safety Plans are due. Joe will be doing them for us and sending them into Little League. The only thing you need to do is supply him the contacts for your League as they do in the example here: Please email those to him NOW ! Emergency Phone Number: 911
4. Little League Facility Survey: done online at: http://facilitysurvey.musco.com/login.php?redirect=index.php this becomes part of your Safety Plan. Complete the plan on-line, print it off and get it to Joe ASAP ! 5. Next District Meeting: Feb. 21 @ 7pm, Melrose Park Village Hall...Please be ready to give Joe and I a pretty good idea of which Divisions you will have teams participating in the Little League State Tournament. This will help us with planning going forward.... 6. Scheduling Meeting: March 10, beginning at 3pm This is a Game Scheduling Meeting for those towns that want/need to schedule games outside of their league/town. Times are as follows:

Little League Tournament Team Fee - $150 per team After you have submitted your Charter, Little League will send you a form (I believe sometime in late April/May) asking you to declare the number of teams that you will be entering into the Tournament and submit the fee. 8. District 10 Tournament Scheduling Meeting: June 5, 2012 at 7pm - Melrose Park Village Hall. if you are playing in the Little League Tournament you MUST attend !
Joe, would like all of the towns in District 10 to attend one of the Schaumburg Boomer (ex. Flyers) Games this summer. Please email Joe your thoughts asap as to the day of the week, timing...etc...
